Еще заметил тот факт что клапан хх при включении зажигания не жужит как это было у меня на м20 ,заслонка открывается на 50процентов ,и когда я ее шевелю то она возвращается в эти же 50 процентов. Так на 2-ух клапанах от моего старого м20 и тот что стоит. Не жжужит и все тут
Должна жужжать ..
M50 testing and values for ICV and TPS:
If you turn the A/C on the ICV should step up the
idle and give a continuous 'buzz'. If not it is most probably bad. If it buzzes but does not step up the idle it most probably simply needs cleaning.
Disconnect the ICV electrical harness connections and check continuity on the valve side. There should be ~20 Ohms between terminals 1 and 2 as well as between 2 and 3. There should be ~40 Ohms between 1 and 3.
With the connector still apart there should be ~12VDC between the red wire w/ white stripe to ground with the ignition on.
If the idle is erratic check the TPS first:
Disconnect the harness to the TPS. Check continuity between terminals 1 and 2 (bottom 2) on the sensor side of the connector. It should read ~1 Ohm. As you move the throttle to the WOT position slowly and evenly the resistance should move gradually and evenly to ~4 Ohms without dropping out.
You should read ~4 Ohms on terminals 1 and 3 (bottom and top terminals on sensor side).
Ignition on you should read ~5 VDC between terminals 1 and 3 (Red wire w/ yellow stripe and brown wire).
